The tools and information provided on www.myspecialk.co.uk are intended to help users assess and manage their weight loss and is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Users should always seek the advice of a doctor or other qualified health provider with any questions they may have regarding a medical condition. The information provided on the site is provided as general advice and guidance, it is tailored to meet individual user's needs or dietary requirements based on the information provided by the user. My Special K advise that before any individual starts a weight loss plan or make any major changes to their diet that they seek medical guidance. The tools on the site are not intended for under 18s, pregnant women, diabetics, underweight individuals or individuals with medical/health conditions that may affect their dietary needs. If individual users are concerned about possible health implications which could result from any of the information provided to them, My Special K advises that they talk to their GP or seek medical advice and they should not ignore professional medical advice, or delay in seeking it, because of something they have read on this site. The myspecialk.co.uk service is not dependent upon the consumption of Special K branded foods or the consumption of any other specific branded foods. Weight loss or maintenance is not guaranteed and results are subject to individual compliance and variation.

7. Buddies
By accepting these terms and condition you agree to opt into the My Special K ‘Buddies’ directory. Where your user name and plan type will be displayed for other on the My Special K Personal Plan to view. At any time a consusumer can opt out of the public Buddy directory by updating their prefernces in the ‘My Profile’ tab.


8. Law, Jurisdiction and Language
Any matter that arises out of your use of this Website (including any contract entered between you and us through the Website) shall be governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. All contracts shall be concluded in English.

Gathering and use of information
